County commission to meet this morning

The Brown County Commission will meet at 8:45 a.m. today in the Brown County Commission Chambers in the Brown County Courthouse Annex, 25 Market St., Aberdeen. Agenda items include:
8:45 a.m.: Joint meeting with Aberdeen City Council to discuss possible final approval of Huettl rezone.
9 a.m.: Stock car race track discussion with Kimberly Dorsett, state's attorney.
9:15 a.m.: Deanna Kyburz, Brown County Community Health Center, quarterly report.
9:30 a.m.: Scott Meints, Marcy Fritz and Kilberly Dorsett to discuss infectious disease policy and Community Emergency Response Team guidelines and equipment.
9:45 a.m.: Safety committee to discuss CPR and other trainings.
10 a.m.: Jan Weismantel, highway superintendent, to discuss approach application form revision, and an application for occupancy and bridge replacement on County Road 23.
10:30 a.m.: Larry Gerlach, fair manager, to discuss fair personnel.
10:45 a.m.: Ted Dickey, Northeast Council of Governments, to close out documents for Health and Fitness Community Development block grant funding.
11 a.m.: Meet as Brown County Drainage Board.
Other items: Approve previous meeting minutes, claims, personnel, lease agreement (Sturgis soccer team), 2010 combined election agreement, 2010 fair contract, accept resignation of Kevin Spitzer as coroner and appoint replacement, Teen Court notice of award for Juvenile Accountability Block Grant.
